When Are Refunds Available?

We offer full refunds or replacements in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products

If your poster arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Defective Products

If there are printing errors, color discrepancies, or quality issues that are our fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us with photos showing the defect within 7 days of delivery.

3. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking shows it as lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund or reship your order at no extra charge.

4. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a poster that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong image, or wrong specifications), we will send the correct product or issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Image quality issues related to the original Pinterest image (low resolution, pixelation)
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences (all screens display colors differently)
  • Orders that have already been shipped and delivered successfully

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days if your order is missing)
  2. Email us at support@pinwall.shop with your order number
  3. Include photos clearly showing the issue (for damaged or defective products)
  4. Describe the problem in detail so we can assist you quickly

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Replacements

In most cases, we offer the option to receive a replacement instead of a refund. If you choose a replacement:

  • We will reprint and ship your order at no additional cost
  • Priority shipping will be used to ensure faster delivery
  • You do not need to return the damaged/defective product
